Thank you for the comment and the link.  Evidence for the usefulness of B vitamins for all kinds of conditions (e.g. those related to the cardiovascular system, brain, digestive system, immune system, reproductive system....and beyond) is ever growing.  Science seems to be highlighting the importance of optimal health: not just the need for nutrients for prevention of simple deficiency diseases but the need for nutrients to help us reach peak health/performance.
