I totally agree that &#039;fat phobia&#039; is very destructive to health.  Previously I have written about the omega 3:omega 6 ratio and hope to cover the issues in more detail in future posts.  It seems to impact almost all areas of health!

It is very important for people ot get over the fear of fat. Fat is good. You must eat the right fats.  Fats that contains Omega 3 are the answer.  The  mian point is to try and get you rratio of omega 3 to omega 6 more in line.  This will reduce inflammation which is the cause of most of the big American diseases.
So listen to this article and cut out bad fats but increae the ood fats.
